Project

Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Renovation.

Located in La Paz, Bellavista Residence comprises a series of strategic renovation interventions in interior spaces and landscaped areas, developed within a contemporary design language. The proposal seeks to update the spaces and strengthen their relationship with the exterior, creating an integrated composition that supports both functionality and the experience of living in the home. The material palette combines cantera stone, steel beams, wood pergolas, shade mesh, quartz surfaces, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, stone veneer, and tempered glass, selected for their aesthetic and functional qualities. The result is a balanced contemporary intervention where the diversity of natural textures and industrial elements comes together to create a harmonious and elegant atmosphere.
