Scope: Architectural Design and Construction Documents.

Located in El Sargento, this complex of two contemporary vacation homes is conceived to fully enjoy the landscape, with the residences strategically oriented toward panoramic sea views. The homes are developed through open spaces that promote ventilation, natural light, and a constant connection with their surroundings. The complex is organized around shared amenities including a gym, swimming pool, terrace, and barbecue area, creating spaces for social interaction and outdoor relaxation. The material palette combines steel, concrete, glass, wood, and porcelain tile, generating a contemporary, warm, and comfortable atmosphere that responds to the landscape.
