Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located in Fidepaz, in the city of La Paz, this single-story residence is developed in a contemporary style, prioritizing the comfort and accessibility of its occupants. The project is organized through open spaces that support fluid circulation while taking advantage of ventilation and natural light throughout the home. The material proposal integrates a careful selection of contemporary finishes, combining cantera stone, metalwork, wood, concrete, glass, ceramic tile, and porcelain tile. The balanced integration of these elements creates a harmonious and elegant atmosphere where materiality complements the residence’s functionality and modern character.
