Project

Scope: Architectural Design and Construction Documents.

Located in Chametla, in the city of La Paz, this single-story vacation residence comprises the architectural design and construction documents for a contemporary home. The spatial proposal is organized through generous open-plan areas, prioritizing comfort and relaxation as well as a fluid relationship between interior and exterior spaces. Generous ceiling heights, combined with strategic orientation, promote cross ventilation and maximize natural light in each room. The project incorporates several amenities for relaxation and social interaction, including a swimming pool, barbecue area, outdoor half bath for user convenience, and a terrace bar conceived as a space for gathering and social enjoyment. These elements complement the architectural program and strengthen the home’s relationship with the exterior. The material palette is defined by a selection of contemporary elements with strong aesthetic quality, integrating decorative stone veneers, steel beams, large windows, wood, and porcelain flooring. The balanced combination of these materials brings warmth, harmony, and elegance to the residence, reinforcing a design conceived for relaxation and social living.
