Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Renovation.

Located in the city of La Paz, La Joya Residence comprises the renovation of a contemporary outdoor terrace conceived as a space for social gathering and leisure. The intervention incorporates a service bar equipped with a mini refrigerator, a television area, planted zones, and a half bath, integrating functionality and comfort for users. The proposal is distinguished by its selection of materials and finishes, including granite countertops, wood elements, and decorative stone veneers. These materials provide resistance and durability under outdoor conditions while creating an atmosphere of elegance and harmony, resulting in a space designed for outdoor enjoyment and social interaction.
