Project

Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located in the city of La Paz, this office building comprises the architectural design, construction documents, and construction of an upper-level workspace conceived in a contemporary style. The proposal strategically takes advantage of views toward the site’s natural landscape and incorporates a roof garden as a leisure and social area for users. The interior design is developed through open floor plans and high ceilings, supporting fluid circulation while optimizing ventilation and natural light within work areas. The material palette combines metalwork, moldings, concrete, glass, suspended ceilings, and wood, creating a functional and balanced environment that responds to the operational needs of a contemporary office.
