Project

Public Notary Office No. 3

Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Renovation.

Located in downtown La Paz, this project comprises the architectural design, construction documents, and comprehensive façade renovation of a commercial building, together with the intervention of interior spaces intended for a public notary office. The contemporary proposal seeks to renew the building’s image and optimize the interior layout according to criteria of privacy, security, and functionality, creating suitable spaces for administrative work and public service. The material palette combines suspended ceilings, marble, tempered glass, aluminum framing, porcelain tile, and cantera stone, selected for their quality, durability, and understated character. The result is a contemporary and elegant composition where the renewed façade and interior spaces are integrated through a clean, balanced, and functional material strategy.
