Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located in La Paz, this project comprises the architectural design, construction documents, and construction of a contemporary corporate building conceived to accommodate offices according to criteria of operational efficiency, comfort, and functionality. The proposal organizes the spaces to optimize internal distribution and create an efficient environment for administrative activities and client service. The material palette combines cantera stone, slate, tempered glass, and porcelain tile, selected for their durability and for the understated contemporary image they bring to the building. The result is an elegant institutional building where the integration of materials and proportions creates a harmonious, functional composition consistent with its corporate use.
