Project

Scope: Architectural Design and Construction Documents.

Located in the city of La Paz, this contemporary residence is developed across two levels and positioned at the rear of an urban lot, making strategic use of the available site area. The proposal is organized through generous open-plan spaces, complemented by high ceilings and a perimeter corridor that promotes cross ventilation and maximizes natural light throughout the different areas of the home. The project incorporates several amenities for leisure and social interaction, including a swimming pool, barbecue area, terrace, and an outdoor half bath. An extensive garden runs along the length of the property, creating a continuous visual transition between the architecture and the outdoor environment. The material palette combines contemporary elements including concrete, decorative stone veneer, structural steel beams, large glazed surfaces, woodwork, and porcelain flooring. The balanced integration of these materials brings warmth, harmony, and elegance to the composition, resulting in a contemporary architectural proposal.
