Lomas de Palmira Residence II

Scope: Architectural Design and Construction Documents.

Located in Lomas de Palmira, this contemporary residence is developed across two levels and comprises the architectural design and construction documents for a home conceived to create generous, open, and comfortable spaces. The proposal incorporates double-height areas and high ceilings that promote ventilation and maximize natural light throughout the residence. The program integrates a terrace as a central amenity, strengthening the relationship between interior and exterior spaces. The material palette combines marble, cantera stone, granite, concrete, stone veneer, glass, and wood, selected for quality, durability, and timeless character. The result is a contemporary and elegant residence where spatial generosity and material selection come together to create a harmonious and balanced atmosphere.
