Project

Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located inside a shopping center in the city of La Paz, this clothing boutique comprises the architectural design, construction documents, and construction of a contemporary retail space. The proposal optimizes the available floor area to create a comfortable and orderly shopping experience while enabling strategic product display through a clean and balanced visual composition. The interior design is distinguished by its suspended ceilings and the use of indirect lighting within niches to highlight merchandise and create a welcoming atmosphere. The project incorporates custom-designed furniture and corporate signage, complemented by a selection of contemporary materials. The formal refinement of each element results in a simple and functional space where aesthetics and brand identity are integrated harmoniously.
