Project

Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located in La Paz, this Business Plaza comprises a contemporary complex of commercial units designed to respond efficiently to retail activity while providing a functional experience for users. The spaces are organized around an open layout that maximizes natural light and creates clear, efficient circulation between the different areas. The material palette combines slate stone, steel, concrete, glass, and porcelain tile, selected for their durability and for the contrast of textures that gives the complex its character. The result is an architectural composition of clean, orderly lines where functionality is balanced with a contemporary aesthetic based on simplicity and visual harmony.
