Madero Residential Building

Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located in La Paz, this five-story residential building was designed to provide comfortable, safe, and accessible spaces for adults and people with disabilities. The proposal incorporates features such as sliding doors, perimeter walkways, grab bars, and non-slip flooring to support users’ independence and well-being. The architectural configuration is developed through open floor plans and high ceilings that promote ventilation and maximize natural light, while its orientation provides panoramic views toward the bay and the city. The combination of steel, concrete, porcelain tile, glass, wood, and ceramic tile balances a contemporary aesthetic with functionality and comfort.
