Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located in Fidepaz, La Paz, this contemporary residence is developed across two levels and conceived to create generous, comfortable spaces with a strong relationship between interior and exterior areas. The design incorporates double-height spaces, high ceilings, and open floor plans that promote ventilation and maximize natural light, complemented by a side walkway that facilitates connection with the outdoors. The program integrates a complete amenity area for comfort and social interaction, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, terrace bar, and multipurpose room. The material palette combines marble, cantera stone, granite, concrete, stone veneer, glass, wood, moldings, ceramic tile, and clay roof tile, selected to add richness of texture and character. The result is a contemporary and sophisticated residence where spaciousness and material diversity are balanced to create a harmonious, welcoming atmosphere.
