Villas de San Lorenzo Residence I

Scope: Architectural Design and Construction Documents.

Located in the city of La Paz, this residence is developed within a contemporary framework characterized by the integration of generous, open spaces that create a fluid layout. The proposal incorporates a double-height space as a defining element, strengthening spatial relationships while maximizing ventilation and natural light within the home. The interior and façade design incorporates suspended ceilings and decorative stone veneers that add texture and warmth to the different environments. The architectural program is complemented by outdoor social areas, including a waterfall pool, restroom core, terrace, and barbecue area. Together, these elements create a contemporary composition in which simplicity and elegance are integrated harmoniously.
