Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located in the city center, this contemporary residence is developed on a single level and optimized to ensure spatial flow and comfort. The home is organized around open spaces and high ceilings, integrating a side walkway, courtyard, and interior garden that provide effective ventilation and natural light throughout. Amenities include a private office, a multipurpose room, and a gym, responding to the user’s needs within an integrated living environment. The material palette is rich in textures and contrasts, combining cantera stone, granite, concrete, stone veneers, slate, glass, wood, and laminates; together, these materials bring harmony and comfort to the spaces.
