Project

Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located in the city of La Paz, this modern colonial-style residence is integrated with its surroundings while taking advantage of views toward the sea. The project is developed through open spaces, double-height areas, and high ceilings that promote ventilation and maximize natural light throughout the home. The proposal incorporates a terrace and barbecue area oriented toward the landscape, creating spaces for gathering and connection with the outdoors. The material palette combines flagstone, brick, architectural screens, pergolas, moldings, and wood details with contemporary elements in aluminum, granite, and porcelain tile, creating an atmosphere of warmth and elegance.
