Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located in La Paz, this contemporary duplex residence is developed on a single level around an open-space layout and high ceilings that, together with careful orientation, promote cross ventilation and maximize natural light within the living areas. The proposal integrates the exterior through a perimeter walkway and desert landscaping, reinforcing the relationship between the residence and the characteristics of its setting. The program incorporates a swimming pool and a rooftop lookout terrace, conceived to take advantage of the views and create outdoor gathering spaces. The material palette combines granite, steel, concrete, glass, wood, and porcelain tile, selected to balance contemporary expression with a sense of warmth. The result is a harmonious and functional composition where the integration of interior and exterior spaces is complemented by a restrained, current material palette.
