Project

Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located in La Paz, this project comprises the architectural design of a restaurant with a terrace and a group of contemporary commercial units, conceived to create functional and comfortable spaces for users. The proposal organizes the areas through open floor plans and high ceilings that promote ventilation and maximize natural light, creating a spacious and pleasant atmosphere. The material palette combines steel, concrete, glass, moldings, wood, and porcelain tile, selected to reinforce the contemporary character of the complex. The design incorporates an outdoor terrace covered by a pergola, expanding the social areas and enriching the user experience. The result is a clean and current architectural composition where functionality is balanced with a harmonious and understated aesthetic.
