Project

Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Renovation.

Located in La Paz, San Diego Furniture Store comprises the comprehensive renovation of the building’s façade, developed in a contemporary style and aimed at revitalizing its commercial image. The proposal seeks to optimize product display through a clean and open architectural approach, incorporating elements that enhance transparency and create a more direct relationship between interior and exterior. The material palette combines tempered glass, aluminum profiles, porcelain tile, and custom metalwork, selected to provide visual lightness, modernity, and character. The result is a contemporary, forward-looking façade where transparency and formal simplicity come together in a harmonious and functional composition.
