Project

Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Renovation.

Located in La Paz and Los Cabos, these branches comprise the architectural design of a bakery and retail space developed in a contemporary style and according to the franchise’s corporate identity and guidelines. The proposal optimizes spatial distribution and circulation to support efficient operations and create a functional, pleasant customer experience. The material palette combines cantera stone, decorative moldings, wall coverings, tempered glass, and porcelain tile, selected to reinforce the brand’s clean commercial image. The result is a series of contemporary and functional spaces where the corporate identity is integrated into a harmonious and carefully composed architectural environment.
