Scope: Architectural Design and Construction Documents.

Located in the city of La Paz, this specialized contemporary building integrates a dermatology pharmacy on the ground floor and a veterinary hospital distributed across two levels. The hospital’s massing and spatial organization are conceived according to strict regulatory criteria, prioritizing structural safety, efficient patient and staff circulation, and the optimal performance of medical and service areas. The material palette uses contemporary, high-specification elements to create a clean, sophisticated institutional image. The project incorporates exposed concrete, structural steel beams, sun-control screens, large glazed surfaces, woodwork, and large-format porcelain flooring. The balanced integration of these elements results in a harmonious and functional composition where technical precision and elegance complement one another within a contemporary architectural proposal.
