Project

Scope: Construction.

Located in La Paz, this project comprises the construction of a restaurant within a commercial unit, developed according to the franchise’s design guidelines and corporate identity. The spaces are organized to optimize operations and provide a comfortable dining experience, incorporating suspended ceilings and beams as elements that visually structure the interior while complementing the use of natural light. The material palette combines stainless steel, concrete, glass, wood, and porcelain tile, selected for durability, ease of maintenance, and suitability for food-service environments. The result is a clean, contemporary space where functionality and hygiene requirements are integrated with a restrained and harmonious aesthetic.
