Project

Scope: Architectural Design.

Located in San José del Cabo, this residence draws on the essence of Mexican colonial architecture while integrating harmoniously with the natural landscape. The project is developed across two levels through an open-space layout, double-height areas, and high ceilings that promote ventilation and maximize natural light. The design incorporates the swimming pool and terraces as social spaces that connect with the outdoors and frame views of the surroundings. The architecture is complemented by characteristic elements and materials including clay roof tile, wood, stone, porcelain tile, and handcrafted wrought iron, creating an atmosphere of elegance, warmth, and harmony.
