El Sargento Residential Building

Scope: Architectural Design and Construction Documents.

Located in El Sargento, this mixed-use building is developed across three levels and integrates nine apartments, ground-floor commercial spaces, and a parking area. The complex is connected through perimeter walkways and gardens, while its orientation takes advantage of panoramic views toward the sea. The design uses open floor plans and high ceilings to promote ventilation and maximize natural light within each unit. The material palette combines steel, concrete, porcelain tile, glass, and wood with the texture of cantera stone and architectural screens, creating a contemporary and warm composition in harmony with its surroundings.
