Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located in La Paz, Puerto Cortés Apartments comprises the architectural design of a contemporary residential building made up of eight apartment units, conceived to optimize the use of space and respond efficiently to current user needs. The proposal organizes the different areas according to criteria of functionality and comfort, seeking to maximize the residential experience within each unit. The material palette combines cantera stone, metalwork, wood, concrete, glass, and porcelain tile, selected to reinforce the contemporary character of the complex while providing durability and ease of maintenance. The result is a clean and current building where the combination of materials and balanced massing creates a functional and harmonious composition.
