Centro Residential Building

Scope: Architectural Design.

Located in the city of La Paz, this contemporary residential building comprises eight apartment units distributed across four levels. Vertical circulation is organized around a central core with a staircase and elevator, while the ground floor incorporates parking and a perimeter garden that strengthens the building’s relationship with its urban surroundings. The design prioritizes livability and comfort through open spaces, high ceilings, and strategies that promote cross ventilation and natural light. Each unit includes private terraces strategically oriented to take advantage of views toward the city. The material palette combines exposed concrete, large-format porcelain tile, glass, wood, and black metalwork. Screens on the main façade provide character and privacy, resulting in a clean, sophisticated, and functional architectural composition.
