San Juan de la Costa Vacation Home

Scope: Architectural Design.

Located in San Juan de la Costa, this beachfront vacation home is conceived as a contemporary retreat closely connected to its natural surroundings, taking advantage of panoramic views toward the mountains and ocean. The design is developed around generous spaces, clean forms, double-height areas, and high ceilings that encourage natural light and ventilation, creating fresh and luminous interiors. The program extends outdoors through a swimming pool and expansive terraces designed to enjoy the landscape and strengthen the connection between architecture and setting. The material palette combines steel, concrete, glass, wood, and porcelain tile, shaping an architecture of simple contemporary lines in which the purity of the materials and forms defines the project’s identity.
