Rancho Leonero Sustainable Residence

Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located in Los Cabos, Rancho Leonero is conceived as a self-sustaining Cycladic-style residence where architecture and nature come together through bioclimatic principles. The project incorporates water-use systems and solar panels, while its generous open spaces and high ceilings promote ventilation and maximize natural light. The experience extends outdoors through a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and terraces, complemented by an outdoor restroom and shower area that allow the surroundings to be fully enjoyed. The material palette combines sustainable finishes such as chukum with stone, concrete, glass, and wood, creating an architecture of simple, natural lines in complete harmony with its context.
