Project

Scope: Architectural Design and Renovation.

Located in La Paz, Insurgentes Residence comprises the renovation of the interior spaces of a contemporary home, complemented by a landscape intervention in its immediate surroundings. The proposal seeks to update and optimize the spatial configuration, improving livability and strengthening the integration between interior and exterior spaces. The material palette incorporates decorative suspended ceilings, cantera stone, wood, and tempered glass, selected to reinforce the home’s contemporary and understated character. The result is a clean and balanced intervention where the selection of finishes and integration of landscaping create an atmosphere of harmony and comfort throughout the renovated spaces.
