Project

Plaza Paseo La Paz Restaurant

Scope: Architectural Design, Construction Documents, and Construction.

Located within a commercial plaza in the city of La Paz, this project comprises the architectural design, construction documents, and construction of a commercial space intended for a restaurant, conceived in a contemporary style. The spatial proposal is organized through open areas and a double-height space that provides visual amplitude and supports fluid circulation, responding to the operational and dynamic requirements of the establishment. The interior design incorporates decorative suspended ceilings as elements that help define and characterize the different environments, creating a contemporary and balanced atmosphere. The architectural program efficiently distributes the main areas, integrating a service bar, general dining area, kitchen, and restroom cores. The articulation of these spaces creates a functional and harmonious composition where the design responds both to the user experience and the restaurant’s operational needs.
