Project

Scope: Architectural Design and Construction Documents.

Located in the city of La Paz, this commercial warehouse comprises the architectural design and construction documents for a contemporary facility. The functional proposal is organized to optimize operational flows and customer service, integrating front parking, a maneuvering yard, and areas designated for loading and unloading goods within the same property. The interior architectural program is distributed efficiently to support productivity, incorporating a display area, administrative offices with a private restroom, and a storage area equipped with sanitary facilities. The façade is distinguished by a front canopy designed to integrate the establishment’s signage, complemented by a selection of contemporary materials such as concrete and metalwork. These elements provide durability and an understated aesthetic, consolidating a functional proposal with a clear commercial character.
